Dave has such variation in his cooking serving traditional English dishes with a European twist to fine gourmet. Alongside him is Christy Cornish a local girl who has established herself as the confectionary champion, anything from her homemade heavenly sticky toffee pudding to the finest crème brulee has left guests pondering over their next choice next time round.
