Dining at Spyway is heavenly. Head Chef Dave Parkinson was formerly in the navy and from the moment he established himself here at the Spyway he has been winning new fans from near and far. Dave has such variation in his cooking serving traditional English dishes with a European twist to fine gourmet. Offering local produce and keeping it seasonal Dave continues to offer exciting dishes time and time again. Alongside him is Christy Cornish a local girl who has established herself as the confectionary champion, anything from her homemade heavenly sticky toffee pudding to the finest crème brulee has left guests pondering over their next choice next time round.
